Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must attend on a full-time basis
- Applicant must attend, or plan to attend, a public or nonprofit independent college or university in
- Applicant must be a relative of a Water Management Association of Ohio member
- Applicant must be a resident of
- Applicant must have a grade point average of 2.75 or greater
