Description:
To attract students who display unusual leadership ability and to encourage these students to develop and keep their talents in Central Ohio. The criteria for selection as a Battelle Scholar are leadership potential and intellectual promise. Financial need is not a consideration nor is field of study. Scholarships are available to students who are entering undergraduate or professional schools.

Eligibility Requirements:

Additional criteria as established by each participating school
Applicants must plan to attend of the following participating schools: Capital University, The Columbus College of Art & Design, Denison University, Franklin University, Ohio Dominican University, The Ohio State University, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Otterbein College
Applicants must reside in one of the following counties of Ohio: Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, or Union
