Scholarship Description:
The OSGC Undergraduate Scholarship Programs support the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) objectives of fostering and encouraging career goals in the aerospace industry. Individuals from under-represented groups are encouraged to apply.
Scholarships of up to $2,000 are open to new and continuing students in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and are awarded through a competitive process. The OSGC office evaluates applications received for eligibility. Individual member institutions review qualifying applications and make recommendations for funding to the OSGC Director based on the quality of the proposals as reflected in the review criteria. Final award decisions are at the discretion of the Director.

Description:
This scholarship was established by the Michael and Linda Stickney Foundation. Michael is the broker of NorthSteppe Realty, and the great-great grandson of Thomas Ewing Miller. This scholarship fund is to commemorate Thomas Ewing Miller’s 125th anniversary of his Presidency and membership to the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must be working (PT or FT) through college
- Applicant must have achieved sophomore status or higher at The Ohio State University
- Applicant must have at least a 2.75 grade point average
- Applicant must specialize (major or minor) in Real Estate, within the Finance Department of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University
